As the year draws to a close, I find myself in a moment of reflection—grateful for the journey that 2024 has been. It has been a year filled with challenges, grief and happiness, but through it all, gratitude has remained my constant anchor. This practice of taking a step back to acknowledge everything I have in my life, has allowed me to appreciate life more.
Grateful for my Family
First and foremost, I am profoundly grateful for my parents. Their presence in my life taught me about unconditional love. The journey of growing up and evolving is not alone, and the foundation they’ve given me continues to shape who I am today.
Equally, I am grateful for my sister and nephew. Family is about shared experiences, growth, and love. My sister is a witness of all my life and has been a source of support, and laughter. She was always there and stronger than me.
Grateful for my Health
This year has also reminded me of the invaluable gift of health. I am deeply grateful for the ability to move, to run, and to feel the strength of my body as it carries me through life. Running is more than just a physical activity for me—it is a symbol of resilience and freedom. It allows me to connect with the world, offering moments of clarity, peace, and pride. In a world where health can often be taken for granted, I cherish the physical ability to live fully.

Grateful for Love
According to me, love is the most important emotion we feel. I am grateful to be in love, as it fulfill my day and my life, in some aspects that I can’t describe. That is my main wish for everyone in 2025. It’s one of the things that are not up to you and you need a bit of luck.
Grateful for Traveling
Travel has always been a way to explore new worlds for me. I am thankful for the opportunity to travel once in a while. Every destination has enriched my understanding of cultures, histories, and landscapes. Travel has helped me be more grateful in my life, and to appreciate simple thing.

Grateful for Self
Perhaps most importantly, I am grateful for myself—grateful for who I am and the person I am becoming. I have learned that personal growth is about nurturing oneself in alignment with the world. I am grateful for my ability to embrace my strengths and for my willingness to evolve in harmony. Being grateful for oneself is often overlooked, yet it is the foundation where all other gratitude rests.
As 2024 comes to a close, I carry these thoughts of gratitude with me into the new year. These reflections serve as a reminder that, while the world may be vast and ever-changing, there is always something—big or small—to be thankful for. The more I am grateful the more I find joy in the world around me and within myself.
